Blaming the gun and not progressive judges and prosecutors is stupid.
They demand more gun control laws, while not even enforcing
the laws that are already on the books.
Where is ATF? Why wasn't the guy arrested for possession of an
illegal machinegun - which is a felony punishable with up to 10 years in prison?
